The apartment is within a 5-minute walk to Centennial Park, one of the most beautiful Sydney parks with horse riding and bicycle trails, fish ponds, native Australian flora, and large variety of birds from pelicans to swans. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and pubs in Randwick, as well as Ritz cinema theatre complex, NIDA theatre, TAFE college, 10-pin bowling club, and great shopping. Famous Fox Studios with its classy restaurants, cinemas, markets, ice rink, children entertainment, and Bent Street shops is 10 minutes by bus or by car. Aussie Stadium/Sydney Cricket Ground, a major Sydney rugby venue, is only a 10 minute bus trip away in the adjacent suburb of Moore Park.
